The Doubltree in Burlingame has a crew lounge on the main floor with several computers for internet access, fruit and pastries, and complimentary coffee. There is a trolley system that runs (free/tips) to a couple different stops in downtown Burlingame where plenty of shopping and restaurants are available. Otherwise, Max's is a good deli/bar, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
A nice trail system runs along the San Francisco Bay for walking or running.
Access to CalTran is available from one of the Trolley stops if you plan on going into the city.
